In the madness inside ill brains and bleeding hearts
Around the flame of freedom and hope
In a country ignorant to its' history

Too many horrors to relive day by day
Repeating the same agony and loss of life
Although we have Facebook to spread our thoughts
It will never be enough to end all of it

From Paris to California the world is on fire
Burning intentionally as a terrorist parts
Between his own life and the ones who will forever part
With the loss of their loved ones and the madness of the killer's mystery

Nightfalls as the local news goes off in different places
Missing the developing facts
That repeats through many different faces
Even though it's the god dam same attacks

But no matter what the anchorman or President say
There will forever be undeniable strife
Between the countless battlefields that we fought
Nothing will never be enough to make us all fit
